When I first entered the hay loft at Vidovina, I instantly felt that it was a perfect place for yoga. The environment is so inviting to contemplate life, sleep great and enjoy nature. I wanted to invite people to this beautiful part of Italy and let them recharge their batteries from their busy city life. Vidovina is an old farm located in the middle of the woods, up on a hill, just outside the cute village of Casola Valsenio.

With this idea in the back of my head, I joined a Yoga Teacher Training in Amsterdamin 2013. Jagadish was the head teacher in this training and came all the way from Thailand to teach us. Fast forward a couple of years, I can say that I made my dream come true. I am teaching regularly in Amsterdam and Den Bosch and do retreats in the hay loft in Vidovina in the summer. I even teach some retreats with my teacher Jagadish! And I'm also teaching the teacher training that I once followed and started my yoga path with.

I like to teach an embodied yoga class, that is not very strict on alignment, but keen on making you feel aware of and appreciate your own body. I have been teaching for over 10 years in a variety of yoga styles (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Hot Yoga), Pilates (and Barre) and Slings Myofascial Training. I have an extensive knowledge of anatomy and especially an interest on how the fascia interplays with the muscles.
