In this energizing detox week we will focus on a different organ every day. We match the yoga classes, the food, the drinks and a food supplement to the organ we are detoxing that day. This is the perfect retreat if you really want to dive deep into your practice and body.
Marije Yoga
Marije teaches regularly in Amsterdam and Den Bosch, when she is not on retreat. She is practicing yoga since 2008 and teaching since 2013, after finishing her first Teacher Training with her teacher Jagadish. She is currently teaching Hot Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Pilates.
